Dario provided a fantastic HVAC checkup today. First guy to ever tell me that the blower wheels are dirty and need cleaning. Also the first company that checked the furnace and didn't have some BS story about how I need to replace my furnace asap. It was great to deal with honesty and competency for a change. Our furnace stopped working the night before it was going to be below zero. We tried calling multiple places with no luck. McNallys was the only one that was able to help us out and went above and beyond to send a technician out to us. The technician Corey was amazing he luckily had the exact part we needed to repair the furnace and he did it promptly and was very professional. Life savers we highly recommend them and we will be using them again for our regular maintenance.

I was pleased with the friendly service and consideration of all the employees who were in my home. The man who came out to trouble shoot my system put in better than an hour to try to get my furnace running. He purchased a part for it which didn't work. When he realized that was not the problem, he removed the part and did not charge me for it.
