Four Suns Heating & Cooling

I'm so glad to have found Four Suns! They have come out to an area they don't normally within 8-12 hours every time I've had an issue. The diagnosis has been quick and correct. The job has always gotten done within 24 hours and I've not had to deal with being upsold at every opportunity like some companies. I have 2 small children so having no heat in the winter is such a fear of mine but I always know I can call in a crisis, like family. Highly recommend!

Had a fan go out and called Four Suns. Prompt professional service from Jason and his team. We were able to schedule a consultation and go over options. Very knowledgeable about the different products and all the pros and cons. Ended up being able to repair it right away after getting the parts. Works good as new. Even upgraded the thermostat unit! Will definitely use them again for all my HVAC needs and would recommend them to anyone needing service.

Last night my hot water heater went out after about 15 years. It was in pretty rough shape with a leak so I knew it would need to be replaced. Four Suns answered my inquiry first thing in the morning and had a technician (Jason) over to my house immediately. He thoroughly explained what I would need in terms of service and product. 13 mo ago payed above $700 for apparently the cheapest blower motor on the market being installed. That included $99 service fee and above $600 for replacement motor. Motor stopped functioning shy of 13 months after, passing the “extended” warranty by a month. Replaced it myself costing about $150 for a better motor. At the time I believed I was getting a quality OEM part which I checked costed about $330, so adding a work hour almost justified the cost. I contacted them to see what resolution
