Been a customer for 14 years and always outstanding service. Had my annual furnace inspection this morning and my favorite Tech Nick pointed out some concerning issues that needed to be fixed. We went over options and elected to just have the furnace replaced. Nick coordinated the install for same day and install team was on site within 2 hours. Carlos was professional and honest. He was honest in letting us know the problem and his recommendations. He snaked our sink a few times & filled them up several times to make sure that they drained properly. We would definitely recommend him & this company

Hot water heater had a leak, Mickey came out first thing in the morning and did an excellent job cleaning up and talking me through my options going forward. Mickey and the other gentleman were very polite and answered all the questions I had. I was very pleased with the service provided. Will definitely call them next time I need work done.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent furnace tune-up service experience. I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years, but I’m not sure what has changed this time. Unfortunately, I’ve had two no-shows for appointments, and the lack of communication and professionalism is concerning. We have been an air water energy customer for over 6 years, but their customer service and general business practices have gone downhill majorly since precision today bought them a year or so ago.
